Everything in this world—the sun, the moon, the stars, mountains, rivers, and trees—everything is constantly moving.
But there is one thing that never moves.

Even if you understand all the Buddha’s speech, if you cannot demonstrate this understanding when called upon, it is worth nothing. Dry cognition cannot help your life.

End of this world means beginning of the world. You must understand that, ok?
So we must find our true seed, then only help this world.

Attaining my true self simply means moment to moment I keep a correct situation, correct relationship, and correct function in this world. I function clearly in this universe to save all beings.

All human beings have possessions. But why do you obtain and keep these things?
Are they only for your own pleasure, or do they help you to help others?
This is a very important point.

If you are not attached to anything, then you are free. If you hold something you are hindered.

If you have no direction, any problem is a big problem and brings much suffering.
But our practicing is only go straight – don’t check I-my-me.

That's the Buddha's complete stillness mind. When sitting, be still. When chanting, be still. When bowing, eating, talking, walking, reading or driving, only be still. This is keeping a not moving mind, which is only do it mind. We call that try mind.

In Mahayana practice, my precepts and my practice are not for me: they are only for all beings.
So I keep these precepts not for myself, but to help other beings.

So everything is truth. But how much do you believe that? Every day we use truth, but we don't understand truth.

Question: In many families now, both parents have to work. They also have children and social responsibilities. How can the parents make a living, raise a family and still have time to practice?

In the great work of life and death, time will not wait for you.
If you die tomorrow, what kind of body will you get?
Is not all of this of great importance?
